GNC Amp Gold BCAA Advanced Series contains 6g of Instantized BCAA in optimal 2:1:1 ratio- 3.5g Leucine, 1.75g Iso-Leucine & 1.75g Valine.

It also contains 1g of L-citrulline (precursor of arginine) for better muscle strength & 1g of L-glutamine to improve recovery and immunity. It’s a versatile sports drink for both pre-and post-workout.

The three amino acids function alone or as a group to trigger protein production for muscle growth and repair along with three important nutrients:
